Bertrand R Dube, 75, husband of Theresa Tremblay Dube, of Bristol, died on Wednesday, February 16, 2005, at the Nursing Care Center. Mr. Dube was born on October 15, 1929 in Grand Isle, Maine a son of the late Alfred and Alma St Pierre Dube.

Bertrand was a member of St Gregory Church and the Knights of Columbus.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by four step sons and their spouses, William and Noreen Geffert of Friendsville, TN, Robert and JoAnn Geffert of Windsor, Ray and Eileen Landry of West Hartford, and John and Debbie Landry of Ansonia; six grandchildren, Ray Jr, Angelo, Jake, Adrien, Michele and John Jr and a great-grandson Nicholas; his sisters, Antoinette Cote and Rita Pinette and his brother William Dube.

He was predeceased by his sisters, Carmen Nadeau and Camille Dube, and his four brothers, Armand, Pat, Lionel and Lewis Dube.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday February 19, at 9 am from O'Brien Funeral Home, 24 Lincoln Ave, Forestville to St. Gregory Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am Entombment will follow at Holy Family Mausoleum/St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. Family and fiends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 5-8 pm In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to: Alzheimer's Association, 96 Oak St, Hartford CT 06106.
