She was preceded in death by her husband, John Killingsworth; her son, John David Killingsworth; her parents; and her sister, Dorothy Jean Davis.
She was a member of Grand Avenue United Methodist Church and active with the Outreach Ministry program. She retired from the Hot Springs Water Department and later volunteered with the Hot Springs Convention Center.
She is survived by her grandson, two great-grandchildren, her brother, her sister, several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, November 14, 2016, in the Davis-Smith Funeral Home Chapel, Hot Springs, with Rev. David Fleming officiating.
Visitation will be Sunday, 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Crestview Cemetery.
