James "Jim" Downs Luck passed away at The Crossing at Clarity Hospice in Baton Rouge on November 4, 2016 at the age of 76.
Mr. Luck was a native of Arkansas but was a current resident of Fordoche, LA.
Jim is survived by his wife of 33 years, Edna Brooks Luck. He is also survived by daughter, Tanna Bonnett Scallan, 3 grandchildren, Heidi Horner Pace (Keith), Hayden Horner, Halen Horner, 4 great-grandchildren, Dante,Cade,Lillian and Brent Pace and his brother, Kenneth Luck.
He is preceded in death by his parent Oryn and Grace Luck.
Funeral services will be held at the Fordoche Baptist Church 5555 LA Hwy 77 Fordoche. Visitation will be Monday, November 7th from 10-12. Religious service will begin at 12:00. Interment at Cottonwood Cemetery.
