Ed was born in Erie, Pennsylvania, to the late Joseph and Wanda (Benecki) Sherosky. While serving in the U.S. Air Force at James Connally AFB, he met Rhea Ann Pederson and they married on July 20, 1963, in Waco. He raised his family in the Waco area and worked as a master plumber, a trade he learned from his father-in-law and mentor, Red Klasing.
Survivors include his wife, Rhea Ann Sherosky; daughters, Judith Mosley and husband, Neil, Karen Sherosky and partner, Melissa, all of Waco, and Angie Francis and husband, Dan, of Austin; grandchildren, Kristen and Dustin Holub, Jacob and Matthew Wilhite, and Devin Francis; sister, Nancy Sherosky; brother, Joe Sherosky, both of Erie, Pa.; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
