Mrs. Rebecca Joy, widow of the late Joseph Joy, died Tuesday evening at the home of Ira Baker at Kanawha. Mrs. Joy was 84 years of age and the mother of nineteen children, all of whom preceded her to the grave. Three brothers and two sisters survive, W. G. Hall, of Joilet, Ind.; F.M. Hall and William Hall, of Walker; Mrs. Mary Leasure and Mrs. Eliza Ann Leasure, of Walker.
The funeral services will be conducted Thursday morning at ten o'clock at the home of Mr. Baker. Rev. G.W. Smith will officiate. Interment will be made in the Odd Fellows Cemetery at Walker.
