Lothair A. Eilar, 75, died in Henry County Memorial Hospital Thursday after an extended illness.
He was a native of New Lisbon. He had retired from the Irving Cloud Publishing Co of Chicago. He was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of New Castle and also the Elk Lodge 484 of New Castle.
He is survived by three nieces, Susanne Massey, Debra Schmeidel and Mary Jane Spicer.
