Sally Ann Lindgren was born on February 22, 1952 in Dayton, Ohio and passed away on November 1, 2016 in Saint Johns, Florida. Sally was a devout Christian, and is rejoicing in Heaven after a long illness. She is survived by her loving husband, Daniel Lindgren; Daughters, Amy Smith and son-in-law Erich Smith, Kelli Rigg, Megan Soria and son-in-law Robert Soria and Brittany Lindgren; Three grandchildren, Gracyn Smith, Tamia Lindgren and Anthony Lindgren; Her parents, John and Glema Blade. She had four brothers, Doug Fields, Tim Fields, Robert Fields and Brian Blade. Sally also had several nephews and nieces that she loved very much, beloved cousins and lifelong friends.

A Memorial/Visitation Service will be held from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. on Monday, November 7th in Hardage-Giddens Funeral Home of Mandarin where family and friends can come and celebrate Sally's life.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Community Hospice.
