She was born February 12, 1903 in Pleasant View, the daughter of James and Adeline Nora "Addie" Dunlap Malcomson.
Surviving are one daughter, Deloris Ozley; one son, Charles "Chuck" (Shirley) Orr; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Eloise Orr; and one son, Gary Keith Orr; three sisters; four brothers; and one great-grandchild.
She worked as a dietician at Rockford Memorial Hospital and was an in-home healthcare provider until retiring.
Burial will be in the family lot at Messerer Cemetery near Frederick.
