Glenn S. Fox, born September 30, 1911, in Rozel, Kansas passed away on October 29, 2016 in Mission Hills, Kansas. He is survived by his daughter, Suzanne L. Perez, Mission Hills, Kansas; son-in Law, Samuel Perez, Mission Hills, Kansas; Grandchildren: Michael Perez, Mission Hills, Kansas, Andrea Adams, Kaufman, Texas and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Margaret. Mr. Fox graduated from Rozel High School in 1929. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from Kansas State University in 1933. He was a member of Farm House Fraternity, Social Fraternity, Alpha Zeta and Gamma Sigma Delta; Honorary Fraternities. He earned his Master of Science Degree at Kansas State University in 1937. He was County Agent-Stafford County, Kansas, Extension Economist-Kansas State University, Professor of Economics and Sociology- Kansas State University, Assistant General Manager of Consumer Co-Operatvie Association (Farmland Industries) and Assistant General Manager of Co-Operative Marketing Association. He retired from CMA in 1970. He then worked for the State Department for five years. He was a member of Central United Methodist Church in Kansas City, Missouri. He and his wife enjoyed traveling and took many trips to Europe. He was a wonderful Father, grandfather and Friend. His loving memory will remain in our hearts. The family will receive friends from 4-6:00pm Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS. The family will also greet friends from 9-10:00am Friday at the Beckwith Mortuary, 916 Main St., Larned, KS, followed by a graveside services in the Larned Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest contributions to the Glenn S. and Margaret F. Fox Endowed Scholarship, Kansas State University, Manhatten, KS.
