Roxanne Rouse Darby, 55, of Ocean Springs MS, passed away on October 12, 2016 at her home. She had battled with stage 4 Breast Cancer since May 2013.
Visitation will be 1:30-3:00 pm Saturday October 15th at Rocky Creek Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm October 15th at Rocky Creek Baptist Church with Pastor Greg Barker officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Creek Cemetery. Arrangements are by Sigler Funeral Home.
Roxanne Darby was born in Lucedale, MS to McKerrin and Joann Rouse on September 15, 1961. She went to school at Pensacola, FL and married Rhett Darby on February 25th 1984. She worked for Adams Homes for over 25 years.
Roxanne is preceded in death by her father McKerrin Rouse, grandparents Roy and Gertrude Rouse, Chester C. and Rintha Strickland, and mother-in-law Ethel Wilcox.
Roxanne is survived by her husband Rhett Darby, daughter Jasmine (Michael) Bocich, son Colton Darby, granddaughters Riley Bocich and Layla Darby, mother Joann Rouse, sister Rhonda (Mark) Ounanian, two beloved dogs (Gus and Scooter) and her extended Rouse, Strickland, Darby and Adams Homes Family.
Then Jesus said to her, "Didn't I tell you that if you believed you would see the glory of God?" John 11:40
In lieu of flowers the family has designated the Rocky Creek Baptist Church for memorial contributions.
