Bertha Louise Sinkhorn Crockett, 81, of Pineville, passed away on Sunday at Pineville Community Hospital. She was born in Pineville on May 10, 1935 a daughter of the late Johnny and Madge Hubbard Sinkhorn. She was a member of the First Christian Church of Pineville. She was a former city clerk and treasurer and had been as a coal mine employee.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Thomas Crockett; sisters and brothers, Virginia Lee Napier, Irene Sinkhorn, Brenda Killion and Billy Sinkhorn .

Survivors include her children and their spouses, William David and Kay Crockett, James Michael and Karen Crockett, Vicki Lynn and Les Johnson; grandchildren, Kristy Pratt, Tommy Crockett, Jenna Sams, Jamie Crockett, Carrie Thomas, Jason Crockett, Ben Johnson and Katie Johnson; great-grandchildren, Jason Jones, William Phillips, Jaxson Pratt, Maddox Pratt, Karsyn Pratt, Allyson Crockett, Easton Crockett, Elouise Crockett, Amada Crockett, Logan Thomas, Landon Thomas, Colton Johnson and Skyler Johnson; brothers and sister, Berta Francis Williamson, Ray Sinkhorn, Johnny Sinkhorn and Bryon Sinkhorn and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Services will be at 7:00 PM Thursday at the Arnett & Steele Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Comgs. Music will be by Dustin and Vanessa Nichols and Jeanine Simpson.

Burial will be Friday at 12 Noon at the Pineville Memorial Cemetery, Pineville.
