Obit: Donald D. McDonald, 68, of Gulliver, Mich., passed away Thursday, Feb. 14, 2002, at Schoolcraft Memorial Hospital in Manistique, Mich. He was born Nov. 18, 1933, in Chippewa Lake to Bob and Mabel (nee Harper) McDonald and attended schools there. He moved to Gulliver in 1984 from Medina County. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, reading and playing cribbage. He is survived by his sons; daughters; sister, Roberta of Chippewa Lake; 11 grandchildren; and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Graveside service will be at Wood Cemetery in Doyle Township, Mich., in the spring. Messler-Broullire Funeral Home in Manistique is handling arrangements.
