Bill Hurley was born to James Henry and Effie Ruth Feddern Hurley. He was preceded in death by two brothers. James Henry and Richard Jerome Hurley. His sister Naomi Braun survives him. He married Donna Bell Tibbetts on May 15, 1959 in Dakota City, Nebraska. He served in the Air Force during the Koren Conflict. He had many jobs during his life from working in a drug store making malts to working at Raths in Waterloo and his last job was John Deere Company Northeast site where he retired in 1990. He was the father of four: Ronald, Rhonda, Kathy and Mike. He enjoyed working around the house and keeping his yard looking sharp. He was constantly teaching his children and others who came to visit. He felt everyone should always try to learn more. And everyone should keep up on the things going on around them. He will be missed!
