Patricia A. (Peters) Willhite, 81, Kokomo, passed away on October 18, 2016. She was born on October 22, 1934, in Lewistown, PA, the daughter of John Henry & Dorothy (Miller) Peters. On October 26, 1957, she married Russel Bain Willhite who preceded her in death on March 18, 1980.
Patricia was a graduate of Lewistown Derry Township High School. She was a homemaker along with owner and operator of Merry Pop-ins Cleaning. Patricia was active with St. Luke’s United Methodist Church and served for many years on the board of the YWCA, including as president. Patricia was an Air Force wife, supporting her husband and family in the communities they lived in. She was an avid collector of dolls and teddy bears.
Patricia is survived by her sons, Mark (Kimberly) Willhite, and Paul (Christine) Willhite; her grandsons, Tyler Willhite, and Eric Willhite; her sister, Helen Greider, FL, and her niece, Hazel Hunley, PA.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers and one sister.

Funeral services for Patricia will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, October 24, 2016, at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, 700 Southway Blvd East, Kokomo, with Pastor B.J. Siefert officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Garden Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 2-6 pm on Sunday at Shirley & Stout Funeral Home & Crematory, 1315 West Lincoln Road, Kokomo.
