Geraldine Gerry' Gainor May 9, 1932 - October 7, 2016 San Diego Geraldine Marie Gainor known as "Gerry" born in Detroit, Michigan. She has been a resident of San Diego for 75 years. Gerry was a cheerful, generous, and loving person everywhere she went. She passed Oct 7, 2016 at Alvarado Hospital surrounded by her 3 children Shari, Craig, and Kelly, daughter in law Terri and grandchildren Brittany, Brett, Grant and Adam. Gerry was feature twirler for the Hoover High and went on to open several baton studios. Gerry was married to her high school sweetheart, Roger Gainor for 59 years. Gerry loved her family and close friends and will be greatly missed. Celebration of life will be held Friday Oct 14 at 10:30 am in the Garden Chapel at Greenwood Mortuary.
