Delilah Anders Blackwell was born April 28, 1922, in Quitman, Texas, to Lee Raymon and Velma Estelle Amason Anders. She was married to Paul Douglas Blackwell in 1941 and they celebrated 73 years together. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Dow McWillie Anders.
Delilah Blackwell loved her Lord Jesus Christ, her family and her friends. She loved her church, singing in the choir and visiting homebound members. Especially close to heart was the Radiant Faith Sunday school class. She loved her sisters-in-Christ.
