Mary Ellen Huffmaster, 58, of Canton, Mich., passed away at Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Mich.
Mary Becht was born March 2, 1955, to Raymond and Florence (Pfalzgraf) Becht of Glenwood, Ind.; both are deceased. She married Roger Huffmaster of Gays, Ill., Oct. 21, 1978. They lived in the Canton, Mich. area for the 34 years of their marriage.
She graduated from Rushville High School in 1973 and from Indiana State University in 1977 with a degree in History. She enjoyed reading, writing and crafts.
She leaves behind a husband, Roger; a sister, Mrs. John (Anita) Gauck of Columbus, Ind.; and an aunt, Martha J. Cass of Cincinnati, Ohio.. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday at the Lovins-Lockart Funeral Home in Windsor, Ill. with Rev. Richard Eident presiding. Friends are welcome to call from 1 to the time of the 2 p.m. service Monday. Burial will be in Windsor Cemetery, Windsor, Ill.
