Mrs. Melba Ruth Aldridge, 75, died Tuesday morning (October 11, 2016) at her residence in Blackshear.
She was born in Pierce County to the late Lefford Rolland and Evelyn Luke Rolland. She is preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, Terry Monroe Aldridge.
Survivors include three children, Debbie Payne (Harrell) of Blackshear, Frances Rolland (Joseph) of Blackshear, and Angie Smith (Ron) of Blackshear; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; one sister, Lawana Arowood of Blackshear; one brother, David Watson of Blackshear; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorialization is by cremation.
