Cleo Loretta (Barnes) Sallee, age 80, a longtime Coalgate resident passed away on October 10, 2016 at Coalgate, OK. 80 years and 2 months. She was born on August 10, 1936, to Harry and Bertha Mae (Cunningham) Barnes, at Salt Prairie, Coal County, OK.
Cleo attended Salt Prairie Grade School and graduated from Coalgate High School on May 27, 1954. He was a supervisor at Blue Bell/ Wrangler, she retired in April 1993 after working for 30 years. Cleo married Edmund James Sallee on June 23, 1953 in Kiowa, Ok, he preceded in death on Jan. 28, 1991, she later married Charles A. Sallee on April 29, 1993 and he preceded her in death on Jan. 29, 2008. Cleo was of the Baptist faith and a member of the Bohanan Church
SURVIVED BY Children: Melena Burns & husband Roy of Hinton, OK, Shane Sallee & wife Susan of Coalgate, OK, Jimmie Don Sallee & wife Sherri of Soper, OK, 8 Grandchildren, 10- Great Grandchildren, Brothers: Archie Leon Barnes & wife Corrine, Roger Barnes, Sisters: Sybel Comettie & husband Charles, Barbara Rind, Along with numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and many dear and loved friends
