Clarissa "Carrie" Alice, b. 6 Jun 1850, d. 6 Aug 1929; m. first, Frederic Brinkman, 3 Jan 1884; m. second, Dr. Thomas Foster (1819-1903) of Minneapolis, MN, in 1895; m. third, Thomas Horton Parsons (1841-1922) in 1905. Six children, none of whom survived her. She performed a patriotic song for Abraham Lincoln when she was twelve years old at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, DC.
3. Laura Emma, b. 27 Jul 1852, d. 18 Feb 1879.
4. Charles Sumner, b. 5 Aug 1857, d. 25 Mar 1910; m. Emma Louise Alexander, 22 Dec 1881, in Minneapolis, MN. Two daughters, Ada Evaline (m. Rufus H. Lemon); and Gladys Bertha (m. John Atkinson Balmer).
