Cecil was born on March 25, 1928, in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, the son of Ora and Eula (Ogle) Perkins, Sr. Cecil had worked at National Tank as a welder. He had also been a farmer/rancher, and enjoyed golfing, fishing, and traveling.
He is survived by his wife, Frances Johnson, of Tulsa, six children, one sister, and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister, Helen Louise Perkins Moncrief, and brother, Robert Gerald Perkins.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in Cecil's name to the Alzheimer's Association, 2448 E. 81st St., Suite 3000, Tulsa, OK 74137.
