BRADLEY, JONATHAN DORR, son of Hon. William C. Bradley; born in Westminster, Vt., in April, 1803, fitted for College in Charleston, N. H., with Rev. Mr. Crosby. In 1827, began to practice law at Bellows Falls, Vt., where he married in 1829 Susan M. Crosman. In 1831, moved to Brattleboro', Vt.; continued to reside there till his death, which occurred Sept. 8, 1862, at the age of 59. His widow survives him. He left four sons:

William C. (Harv., 1851,) resides in Brattleboro', is a teacher, unmarried.
Richards, is a farmer in Brattleboro', married and has six children.
Stephen R. is a manufacturer, office 181 Water street, N. Y. City; residence, Nyack, N. Y., married and has four children.
Arthur C. (Amherst, 1870,) is a lawyer in Brattleboro', unmarried.

Our Classmate was not only distinguished as a lawyer, but also as a man of literary and scientific attainments, and social and genial manners. He was a member of the Vermont Legislature in 1856-7 and of the Board of Education, from its organization till his death.
