"Edward, a prominent farmer and stockman who resided eight miles southwest of Cambridge, was 63 years old, and had lived all his life on the farm where he was born.
On February 14, 1883 he married Miss Sallie Finley.
Survivors were:
the widow;
one daughter, Mrs. Bon White of Cambridge;
and a son, Finley, who lives on the farm."
