FUNERALS SAME DAY
Windsor, Aug 30—Mrs. Amanda Oberdorff, wife of George Oberdorff, died at 2:45 o'clock this afternoon at her home on East Main street.
She had been bedfast for the past three weeks. Apoplexy and contributory carcinoma caused her death.
Besides her husband, she is survived by a daughter, Mrs. H. Clayton Smith, of this place, and four sisters, Mrs. Charles Innerst, Red Lion; Mrs. S. R. Smith, Windsor; Mrs. Cassandra Biles, Red Lion; and Mrs. Calvin Smith, Red Lion.
Mrs. Oberdorff had been in failing health for the last four years, but became critically ill on Tuesday morning. She was aged 72 years, 10 months and 25 days.
Funeral services will be held on Monday at 1:30 p.m. Services will be held at her home after which the cortege will proceed to the United Brethren Church. Rev. I. M. Frindinger will officiate. Burial will be made in the Windsor Union cemetery. E. B. Burg, funeral director of the firm of Zarfos & Burg, Red Lion, has charge of the services.
