Antonio Coca mustered-in as Private, Company A, 4th New Mexico Infantry, at Fort Union, New Mexico Territory, and was appointed Bugler October 8, 1861. Bugler Coca became a member of Company F, 1st New Mexico Cavalry, May 31, 1862, by consolidation of the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th Regiments of New Mexico Infantry, per General Orders 44, Headquarters, Department of New Mexico, May 10, 1862. Bugler Coca re-enlisted at Fort Wingate, New Mexico Territory, August 1, 1864 and was mustered out at Albuquerque, New Mexico Territory.

Antonio Coca, age 53 years, was enumerated June 21, 1900, at San Geronimo, San Miguel County, New Mexico Territory, with Ruperta Montoya 33, Maria Decideria Coca 11, Alfredo Coca 8, Maria Usina Coca 4, Victoriano Coca 3.

Antonio Coca, age 64 years and divorced, was enumerated April 29, 1910, at San Geronimo, San Miguel County, New Mexico Territory, with Juan Rivera 33 Son-in-Law, Paula Rivera 27, Criz Rivera 7, Urbano Rivera 2. The enumeration shows that Antonio Co a was a survivor of the Union Army.
