==============================

Benjamin Burt II was born in Connecticut just a stones throw from Warwick New York.

In about 1748, he and his wife, Anna Blaine purchased a farm near Warwick. He and Anna made their life together raising nine (9) children. Weathering the struggles of building their home and out buildings, planting and harvests, winters with heavy snow and summers waiting for rain,clothing and feeding a house full of young ones.

This marital union was filled with love and one can imagine evenings by the fire, little ones scrambling down for breakfast, birthday celebrations and holidays. All while our Country was in the middle of forming a new Nation.

The character of this family and its examples of unselfish truth, honor, faith and commitment, are the traits that flow through the descendants of the entire family until today.
----

~The Conclusion of a Love Story~
Benjamin and Anna remained on the farm until Ben's 89th year, when, in 1796, he and his wife both died within an hour of each other. They were buried together in one grave, in a burial place on the farm they loved.

This farm has been owned by descendants ever since... and in the old farm house there were found old papers, letters, deeds, and wills kept for the Burt Family History.
