Stoller, James N. Beloved son, brother, friend, surgeon, born to Marvin and Linda Stoller in Sonoma, Calif. James graduated from Molalla High School with honors in 1994. He received a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Washington in 1998. James graduated from the University of Oklahoma (class of 2003), where he also completed his residency. The Aesculapian Award of 2008 was awarded to him in recognition of his dedication to teaching. He was a partner with Mid Columbia Surgical Specialists in The Dalles for the last four years where he thoroughly enjoyed his work, the partnership, the people of the area, the beautiful outdoors. He loved to snow ski, hike, bike, basketball and working with people. He is survived by parents, Marvin and Linda Stoller of Molalla; brother, Mark Stoller (friend, Tiffany) of Eugene; sister, Eden Taylor (husband, Simon) of Molalla; and beloved friend, Shannon Lang of Portland. Services will be held at the Molalla Church of the Nazarene, Saturday, Sept. 1 at 4 p.m. Local services in The Dalles to be announced. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the James N. Stoller Memorial Fund, at West Coast Bank.
