Mary Jane Galer's list of persons interred in the New Cemetery area of Linwood shows: Fannie BIVENS died aged 6 days; buried 10 APR 1900 in Section 2, Lot 668 - Sexton Jesse Alec BEARD.

"Little Fannie BIVINS Dead. // Fannie, the six-days-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. James M. BIVINS, died yesterday afternoon at the residence of its [sic- her] parents, 638 Broad street. The death was very sudden. The funeral services will be conducted from the church of the Holy Family [Catholic] this morning [with interment] at Linwood cemetery. The following will be the pall bearers: Messrs. Lee CURRY, Richard DEIGNAN, Frank PROFUMO and Mat MURPHEY." [Columbus (GA) Enquirer-Sun newspaper, Tuesday, 10 APR 1900, p. 3.]
