Ruth was born July 7, 1918, to Evan and Petra (Olson) Borg in Voltaire, ND. She was raised and educated in the Ruso, ND, area. On June 22, 1943, she was united in marriage to Lynn Lindblom in Glendive, MT. They farmed near Butte, ND until retiring in 1990. Ruth enjoyed the life of a farmwife and the coffee pot was always on for neighbors and friends.
Ruth is survived by two sons, Robert (special friend Sarah), Lisbon, and Russell (Coletta), Bismarck; two daughters, Arlinda (Gary) Knodel, Minot, and Julie (Rick) Bucholz, Bismarck; daughter-in-law, Marcy Lindblom, Bismarck; nine grandchildren, two step-grandchildren, one step-grandson, and 1 great- great granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lynn; her son, Marlow; son-in-law, Tom Young; five sisters; three brothers; and numerous nieces and nephews.
