Judith “Judy” Jolene Lovell, age 58, a resident of Laredo, Missouri, passed away on September 30, 2016, at her home.

Judy was born the daughter of Jerry “Red” F. and Patricia Mae (Barnett) Tate on January 20, 1958, in Trenton, Missouri. She was united in marriage to Stanley Lovell on December 11, 2011. Judy’s most important job was being the mother of 3 boys, raising them on her own. She was a waitress and also worked for Trenton Foods for many years. Judy was a member of the Lion’s Club and she loved to play with kids and to read. She also enjoyed camping, the outdoors, and gardening.

Survivors include: three sons, Jake Griffin and Jessica, of Buckner, Missouri, Luke Griffin and wife Shanna of Trenton, Missouri, and Jamie Griffin of Columbia, Missouri; mother, Patty Tate; sister Diane Hanes and Terry of Galt, Missouri; and four grandchildren, Kayley, Hayden, Quincy and Myles Griffin. She was preceded in death by her father, and sister Becky Tate.

A memorial service will be held at the Lindley Funeral Home, Laredo, Missouri, on Wednesday, October 5, 2016, at 1:30 p.m. There is no scheduled family visitation.

Arrangements are under the direction of Lindley Funeral Home, Laredo, Missouri.
