Mrs. Iseley of Wilmington was born the daughter of the late Melvin and Cora Willetts Smith. She was an active volunteer for many years with the Red Cross, the Gray Ladies, and the Special Olympics. She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Willard L. Iseley; a son, Stephen Iseley and his wife, Eunice; two grandchildren, Christina DeFoe and Tyler Iseley; a sister, Lera Mae Temple; several nieces and nephews, including Janice Monroe and her husband, Don. She died in Britthaven of North Chase.
