H. F. Addington, Jr., 58, of 5901 St. Regis Rd., Baltimore, died of a heart attack Saturday [11/3/1973] at St. Joseph's Hospital in Baltimore.

He was a son of the late Henry Farley and Sophia Addington of Scott County, Va.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Phyllis Addington; sons, Charles of Memphis; Tom, Kingsport; Henry III, Billy, Ansen and Johnny Addington, all of Baltimore; a step-son, Allen King, Baltimore: daughters, Mrs. Earl (Peggy) Harrison, Lakewood, Calif.; Mrs. Doyle (Janice) Jones, Kingsport, and Mrs. Merele (Susy) Fisher, Mechanicsville, Va. and Idah Larkey Lawson, mother of his children; and a sister, Mrs. Lloyd (Lois) Gilley, Gate City Route 1.

Ullrich Funeral Home of Baltimore is in charge of funeral arrangements.
