DAVENPORT — Elinor C. Stradt, 85, of Davenport, passed away Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016, at Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House, Bettendorf, surrounded by her loving family. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Monday, Sept. 26, at the Runge Mortuary Chapel, Davenport. Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 25, at the Runge Mortuary. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park . Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or Clarissa C. Cook Hospice House. Elinor was born Jan. 6, 1931, in Davenport, the daughter of Eugene and Clara M. (Voss) Mueller. She was united in marriage to Alvin W. Stradt on April 12, 1952. He preceded her in death. She was a homemaker who enjoyed dancing,; bingo and, most especially, her grandchildren.

Survivors include her children, Sue (Dennis) Gordon, John Karen Ann) Stradt and Karen Kay (Fred Miller) Stradt, all of the Quad-Cities; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and son, Johnathan.
