Visitation for family and friends will be conducted from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm on
Thursday September 22, 2016 at the Kull Funeral Chapel, Altamont.
Burial Services will be conducted in the early spring of 2017 along the Kaskaskia River according to her wishes of cremation following the visitation.
Lisa was born May 10, 1963 in St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital, Effingham, Illinois one of seven siblings into the Catholic family of Lawrence Andrew and Marita Marie Swingler-Tegenkamp
Lisa worked numerous jobs her life including waitress, bar tender, general labor and last working at the Cambridge Auto Parts Company in Centralia until she was forced to retire by illness and disability.
She is survived by her:

And their 5 children at home: Christian Painter,
