Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 16 at McLain Church of God for Bennie Lee Dueitt, 76, of
Leakesville, who passed away Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016, at the Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg.
Dueitt was a member of McLain Church of God and a self-employed logger.
He is survived by his wife, Maxine Dueitt; two sons, Michael (Rhonda) Dueitt of Blountstown, Fla. and Brian (Michelle) Dueitt, of Leakesville; four grandchildren, Winnie Mayfield and Rebekah Mayfield, both of Blountstown, Fla., Grayson Dueitt and Autumn Bond of Beaumont.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Beverly Darlene Dueitt; his parents, B.C., Sr. and Thelma
Dueitt; and a brother, John Calvin Dueitt.
Burial followed in McLain City Cemetery with Rev. Lewis Maples and Rev. Curtis Sullivan
officiating.
