Orlando, 86, died at the Hawthorn Court Nursing Home.

He was born in Benton Township, to A.F. and Effie (Blake) Foust. On Sept. 19, 1941, he married Alice P. Holtsberry, who survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Anita (Ray) Friend, Antwerp, and Cathy (John) Hess, rural Cecil; two sons, Terry (Janet) and Steven (Elaine), both Antwerp; 12 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and a brother, Donald Junior, Hicksville.

He was preceded in death by ten brothers, Marion, Kester, Lloyd, Elmer, Pearl, Earl, Lennis, Lenard, Raymond and Delmar; and three sisters, Ima Tredenick, Bertha Seger and Alta Bartels.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving during WWII. He served 30 years in the banking business as president, executive vice president and cashier of the former Union State Bank, Payne, retiring at the age of 70 years. He also worked for Dana Corporation, Spicer Division in Toledo; Permaglass in Payne; and Weatherhead in Antwerp.
