Services for Mr. Ludvic Frank Herlevic, 72, Monroe, will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 20, 1989, at St. Matthew Catholic Church with Msgr. George Martinez officiating. Burial will be in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home on Sterlington Road in Monroe.

Mr. Herlevic died August 18, 1989, at St. Francis Medical Center after a lengthy illness.

Mr. Herlevic, a native of Mobile, AL, had been a resident of Monroe, LA for 50 years. He was lector for St. Matthew Church for 14 years and a former member of the Knights of Columbus. He was preceed in death by his parents, Vinco and Antonia Herlevic of Winnsboro, and two sisters, Barbara Herlevic Tanner and Rose Marie Herlevic.

Survivors include his wife, Meytris Johnston Herlevic of Monroe; two daughters, Patricia Oglesbee and husband Tom of Hammond, LA and Peggy Purcell and husband Richard of Monroe; grandsons Jeffery, Brian and Todd Oglesbee of Hammond and granddaughters Lori and Lisa Purcell of Monroe; brothers, Nick J. Herlevic and Vinco Herlevic, Jr. of Monroe, Fred Herlevic of Winnsboro, LA and sister Mary Anne Carsen of Ocean Springs, MS.

Pallbearers will be John Herlevic, Richard Herlevic, Marty Herlevic, Steven Tanner, Matt Herlevic and David Herlevic. Honorary Pallbearer, Michael Herlevic.
