The third wife of Rev. Heinrich Toews, they were married 31 Oct 1876 at Inman, Kansas. Nine children were born to their union, six of whom lived to maturity. Those who did not were: Elizabeth, born 9 May 1885, died 29 Oct 1885; Justina, born 1 Nov 1891, died 14 Nov 1891; and Justina, 23 May 1896, died 24 Apr 1902.
