Harriet was first interred at Cypress Lawn, then removed for cremation to Odd Fellows of San Francisco on Oct 18 1895, removed again to Mt View on March 13 1898. The reason she went to Odd Follows for cremation , was that earlier that year they introduced cremations in San Francisco as the first and only cemetery to do this.
