Marion-Gladys Reiter, 91, passed away at 4:10pm on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at her home.
Gladys was born on August 27, 1923 in Chicago to Fred and Jenny (Lian) Madsen. She married Frank “Bud” Deursch and he preceded her in death and then she married Alfred Reiter and he also preceded her in death.
Gladys was Christian by faith; a great mother, grandmother, mother in law, wife and friend. She was a member of The Moose and a diehard Cub fan. Her hobbies included bowling, square dancing and pinochle. Gladys loved to cook and spend time with family and friends.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2015 at 3pm at the Lake of Egypt Christian Church with Rev. Leroy Waggoner officiating. Blue Funeral Home in Marion is assisting the family with arrangements.
