Rev. Willie Dee King, age 87, of Sevierville, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2016.

He was a minister of the Gospel for 55 years. He was a member and the Pastor of Smoky Mountain Baptist Church for 33 years.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bessie Lee King, parents, Mandy and Billy King, daughter, Judy Terrrell, and granddaughter, Michelle Clabo, daughter-in-law, Angie King, son-in-law, Allen Tarwater,siblings, Hazel Starkey and husband Earl, Ruth Green and husband Wayne, Dewey King and wife Lily, Dell Clabo and husband Mitch, Loy King, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Loy and Velma Ogle, sisters-in-law, Frances Williams, Virginia Morgan and husband Enlon, Iva Ogle and Louise Ogle, brother-in-law, Dewey Ogle.

The family will receive friends 1-3:45 PM Sunday with a funeral service following at 4 PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Beck and Rev. Ronnie Reagan officiating. Family and friends will meet 11 AM Monday in Mtn. View Cemetery for interment with Rev. Ricky Hurst.
