Debbie E. Cranfill Dies in Stockton
Mrs. Debbie E. Cranfill, 72, of 2860 Redwood ave., Stockton, died yesterday in a Stockton hospital after a long illness. A native of Missouri, Mrs. Cranfill had lived i this district for the past 19 years. She was a member of the Baptist Church.
Mrs. Cranfill is survived by her husband, Benjamin, of Stockton and eight children: Mrs. Oral R. Ambrose, Lodi; Teddy L. Cranfill and Mrs. Ruby G. Blevins, both of Stockton; James C. Cranfill, Garden Grove, Calif., and by Desford R. Cranfill, William B. Cranfill, Troy H. Cranfill and Mrs. Ova J. Sousa, all of Jackson, Calif. The deceased also leaves 23 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Cranfill was the sister of Mrs. Laura Compton, Corona, Calif.; Bennie Blair, Crescent City, Calif.; Mrs. Gertie Hedrick of Texas; Corbett Blair of Oklahoma, and John Blair, Luther Blair, Mrs. Dollie Byron, Mrs. Bessie Barnes and Mrs. Bertha Davis, all of Missouri.
Interment in Cherokee Memorial Park.
