Father, Grandfather and Brother. Resident of Montrose, Colorado for past twelve years.

PASSED AWAY: Sunday, September 11, 2016, in Grand Junction, Colorado at the Hope West Hospice facility.

BIRTH: 1937 in Ridgway, Colorado, to George and Florence Baumgardner.

RESIDENT of the mountains of Ouray and Ridgway most of his life. Moved to Montrose, Colorado after both of his parents passed away.

EMPLOYMENT in Mining Exploration and Development, specifically precious metals his entire life.

PASTIMES: Family and friends. Telling stories of his days of mining near Silverton. Loved God and loved to tell people about Him.

PREDECEASED by both parents George and Florence Baumgardner, Sister Marjorie Soderquist, brothers Robert Baumgardner, Ray Keith Baumgardner, Billy Lane Baumgardner and Jack Baumgardner.

AMONG SURVIVORS: Sisters Lois Bryant, Nelly Merling, Geann Everitt and Shirley Broadhead and brothers Kenneth Baumgardner, Roy Baumgardner and Wayne Baumgardner, friend and companion Sharon Baumgardner, children Dean & Michelle Brickhaus, Debra and Phil Daley, mother of Dean and Debra - Patricia Smith, Douglas & Linda Britt, Bryan & Leslie Britt and Georgette Baumgardner and Sam Morris, grandchildren Brandon & Melissa Brickhaus, Phillip and Gabrielle Dailey.

DONATION may be made in honor of Tom at the amazing Hope West Hospice facility in Grand Junction, 3090 N. 12th St., Unit B, Grand Junction, Co. 81506.

VISITATION: Sunday, September 18, 2016, 4:00 to 6:00PM at Crippin Funeral Home Chapel.

FUNERAL SERVICE: Monday, September 19, 2016 at 11:00AM at Crippin Funeral Home Chapel.

BURIAL: Cedar Hill Cemetery in Ouray, Colorado.
