"Funeral Services Of Thomas Knight Held At Chapel" Funeral services for
Thomas Arion Knight, age 76, were held last Saturday afternoon at 2:00
o'clock from the Jones Funeral Home Chapel. Reverend Oliver Werner
Pastor of St. Paul's Methodist Church conducted the services. Mrs. George
Legters accompanied by Mrs. Thomas Clemo provided Hymns. Burial was
in Globe Cemetery. Born in Jones County, Texas July 19th 1868, he had been
in Arizona 26 years and Globe for 18 years. He followed he occupation of
miner and farmer and had been retired several years. Surviving him are
five sons and five daughters who are Clyde of Childress Texas. William of
Miami, Thomas and Joseph both serving in the United States Navy. Ray of
Pima, Mrs. Mattie Lowrey, San Antonio Texas, Mrs. Nancy Pittdock, Duncan
Oklahoma. Mrs. Luddie Viney of Oakland California, Mrs. Myrtle Rapp and
