Hale, Verge Frank

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Morgan Funeral Chapel for Verge Frank Hale, 82, Rt. 2 Attalla, who died Thursday, Dec 8, 1988. The Rev. Jerry Mims will officiate.

Burial in Rainbow Memorial Gardens. Morgan Funeral Chapel is in charge.

Mr. Hale was a native and resident of Etowah County. He was a retired employee of the City of Gadsden, a member of the Railroad Avenue Baptist Church and a veteran of World War II.

He is survived by his daughters, Mrs. Bobbie White, Birmingham; Tanya Humphrey, Brenda Dunn, Sara Vyskocil, all of Attalla; one son, Bill Hale, Gadsden, 15 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Brian Humphrey, Michael and David Dunn, Tony and Gary Denson and L.H. Newson.

Honorary pallbearers will be all personal friends.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6-9 tonight.
