David Lennon Butler, Jr.78 of Elizabethtown, passed away on Sunday, September 11, 2016.
He was preceded in death by his parents, David Lennon Butler Sr. and Annie Miller Butler.
He is survived by his wife of 20 years, Carol of the home; four sons; Dean of Tarheel; Bryon and wife Brandi of Leland; Nickey and wife Kristy of Rocky Point; and Mickey and wife Barbara of Wilmington; three daughters; Donna and husband Eddie of Hampstead; Kim and husband Ronnie of Riegelwood; Vera and husband Helmut of Germany; sister; Julie of Smithfield; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren; special friends, John and Gail Dove and Jeff and Pam Huff.
A Memorial service will be held on Friday, September, 16, 2016 at 6:00pm at Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends after the service in the mulit purpose building.
