Both are buried in the Upper Merryall Cemetery, near New Milford, where they resided. Mr. Turrill was a Captain in the Revolutionary Army. His issue were, Ebenezer, born April 3, 1742; Job, born July 3, 1743, and died November 24, 1751; James, born December 3, 1744, and died May 2, 1812; Mary, born November 10, 1746, and died January 5, 1747; Mary, born July 27, 1748; Beebe, born September 25, 1750, and died November 15, 1751; Zernia, born April 25, 1752; Ann, born April 8, 1754; Beebe, born June 20, 1756; Rachel, born May 1, 1758; Job, born April 27, 1760, and Abigail born June 30, 1762.

Dates on the grave stone are illegible, but Abigail Buck Terrill was the wife of James Turrill who served as a Patriot in the Revolutionary War. There seems to a tendency to spell the Terrill name in different ways.
