Drowned in Windermere Lake north of Chmpleau, Ontario, Canada, while on a fishing trip. Robert was the son of Fred & Myrtle (Henry) Mullett. He was married first to Glendene Foreman on 23 Jun 1940, who died 3 months later of polio. He then married Jean Werner on 14 Jun 1941.
