1860 is on the marker but census records generally suggest that 1861 was his year of birth. His older sister, Isabel, was reportedly born December 15, 1859, making Feb 1860 impossible. The family was apparently missed in the census of 1860.

1880 - age 18
1900 - born Feb 1861, age 39

1940 - age 79
Various records indicate that Scott and Addie farmed in Emmet Township and Hire Township before retiring and moving to Blandinsville.
