Charles Bonner Robinson, son of Thomas Harvey Robinson and Mary Caroline Bonner, was born 6 April 1885 in Birdston, TX. Named for his mother's brother, Charles Alexander Bonner, he was known as Bonner or C.B.; his grandchildren called him "Daddy Bonner." He married Clara Mae Weaver on 10 December 1913 and they made their home at Bonnerville. They were parents of three children: Bonner Weaver; Carolyn Sue; John Thomas "Jack." Bonner Robinson spent his life as a farmer and stockman. He was known for riding a yellow mule and for always carrying a pair of pliers in his back pocket. He served as Elder in the Presbyterian Church. Bonner Robinson died in Fairfield, Freestone Co., TX on 8 May 1967.
